  • Same print-in-place snap hinge and locking latch as our shelf cases; big cases get the 5-knuckle hinge and two latches.
  • Every storage space has a finger scoop so you can lift things out.
  • The tallest item sets the case height; shorter vials stand on a raised floor so every vial top lines up at the rim, easy to grab.
  • Cases too big to print lid and base together are printed as two parts (+$10 oversized fee).

Design a case around your kit

Most vial cases come in fixed sizes, so you end up with empty slots or no room for the pen, pads or bottle you carry. The PeptideCase builder starts empty: add 3 mL or 10 mL vials, TRT, peptide or glutathione vials, syringes, alcohol pads, a BAC water bottle, pens, cartridges or a custom space, and it plans pockets and bays for exactly that.

Questions

How does the custom case builder work?

Tap "Add item", choose what you carry and how many, then pick a color, shape and latch. The planner lays out the most compact case and shows its size, a top view and a 3D view.

Where do I check out?

Add to cart sends your design to your VialCase.com cart. You check out there, and VialCase prints and ships your case.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. Add one or two lines of text, an icon or your own SVG logo to the lid. It prints in a second color.

Can I return a custom case?

Custom cases are made to order for you and are final sale. Printing defects are still replaced.

Does the case keep things cold?

No. It is a protective hard case and organizer, not a cooler. It fits in a fridge or a cooler if your products need that.
