Colour-code a kit: a different colour or letter for each vial. Every design needs at least 5 caps; the set needs 25 or more. Up to 4 colours, no extra charge.
How are they made? Printed one by one in flexible TPU on our multi-colour printer. Your icon or letters go right through the top of the cap in the second colour – they don’t rub off.
How many can I order? From 25 caps, in steps of 5 per design. Mix up to 12 designs in all 4 colours in one set – there is no extra charge for more colours.

Color-code every vial
When vials look alike, the cap is the quickest thing to read, especially looking down into a case. Give each vial type its own cap color and add an icon or one or two letters. Read the color-coding guide or design a case to keep them in.

What sizes are the caps?
Caps are made for 3 mL and 10 mL vials. Pick the size first, then design.
How many caps do I need to order?
Sets start at 25 caps, in steps of 5 per design. You can mix several designs in one set.
Where do I check out?

Can I return custom caps?
Custom caps are made to order and are final sale. Printing defects are still replaced.
