When you add a design to your cart you check out on VialCase.com. VialCase prints your case or caps to order and ships them, and sends your order confirmation and tracking.

Returns

Custom cases, lid designs and custom caps are made to order for you, so they are final sale: no returns or exchanges. If something arrives with a printing defect, email hello@vialcase.com with your order number and a photo and it will be replaced.
