How it works

From an empty case to a printed one, step by step.

1. Add what you carry

Tap "Add item" and choose from 3 mL vials, 10 mL vials, TRT vials, peptide vials, glutathione vials, other size vials, syringes, alcohol pads (flat or standing), a BAC water bottle, a peptide pen, an injector pen, pen cartridges, a custom space you size yourself, or a temperature sensor. Set how many of each.

2. The planner lays it out

Each item becomes fitted pockets or an open bay sized for that many. The planner tries many arrangements and shows the most compact one. The tallest item sets the case height, and shorter vials stand on a raised floor so every top lines up at the rim. Every space gets a finger scoop. You can also arrange rows yourself.

3. Pick color, shape and latch

Black or RGB Metallic. Wide (hinge on the long side) or Deep (hinge on the short side). One latch or two; large cases always get two latches and a 5-knuckle hinge.

4. Add a lid design (optional)

One or two lines of text, an icon from the library or your own SVG logo, printed into the lid in a second color. The builder checks letter height and line thickness so it prints sharp. Lid design guide.

5. Check it in 3D

See the top view, the lid and a 3D view you can open, unlatch and turn. The size shown is exactly the case that gets printed.

6. Add to cart and check out on VialCase.com

Your design goes into your VialCase.com cart. After checkout the case is printed to order on VialCase's own print farm in the US and shipped to you. Custom cases are final sale; printing defects are still replaced.
