All of our products are made to order and crafted with care by our in-house production team.
Once your order is placed, it’s sent directly to our workshop for preparation, assembly, and quality inspection.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During peak times, please allow a little extra time as each item is built with precision — never rushed.
We ship via USPS. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, though production time still applies.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number.
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid shipping label.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.
