  2. Injection volume = your dose ÷ concentration
  3. Syringe units (U100) = injection volume × 100

Example: 5 mg semaglutide vial + 2 mL BAC water = 2.5 mg/mL concentration. For a 0.5 mg dose: 0.5 ÷ 2.5 = 0.2 mL = 20 units on a U100 syringe.
